These terms apply to your use of lucentworks.online, a website published by Ivan Kukulnyk s.r.o., Primátorská 296/38, Libeñ, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company number 19375280, VAT number CZ19375280, contactable at info@lucentworks.online. Using the site means accepting them.
1. What this site is for
Lucent Works publishes general information about desktop naval war games for readers in Australia. It is an independent publication. It is not the official website of any game or vendor, not a reseller, not a support channel, and not authorised by any product it mentions.
2. Information, not advice
Nothing on this site is professional advice. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, security advice for your particular circumstances, or advice about the suitability of a game for a particular person. Where a page refers to Australian law or to the role of a regulator, it is describing a general position and linking to the body that publishes it; your own circumstances may differ, and where they matter you should seek advice suited to them or go to the relevant authority directly.
3. Accuracy and change
Pages are written with care and reviewed on the date shown in the footer. Product details change without notice: system requirements, supported operating systems, prices, promotions, classifications and account terms are all set by others and can be altered at any time. Before acting on anything here, confirm it with the vendor's own website or with the relevant authority. World of Warships and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Lucent Works is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Product names are used descriptively, for identification and commentary.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, to access parts of it that are not published, or to use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it. Ordinary reading, linking and search engine indexing are welcome; the site is fully open to crawlers.
8. Liability
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you have consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, and nothing in these terms attempts to do so. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, this site is provided as it is. The publisher does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from the content or availability of third-party websites, or from any dealing you enter into with a vendor. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no personal information through the pages themselves. The detail is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, both of which describe what actually happens rather than what a template assumes.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
