What to include
A reply is faster when the email says which page the message is about and what specifically is at issue. For a correction, the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong are enough. For a privacy request, say what you are asking for — access, correction, or deletion of an email exchange — and use the same address you originally wrote from where possible, since that is how the request can be matched to anything held.
What this address cannot help with
Lucent Works is an independent publication. It is not World of Warships, not its publisher, not a reseller, and not an authorised support channel for any product mentioned on this site. Requests about a game account, a payment, a refund, a ban or a technical fault have to go to the vendor concerned, because nobody here has access to any of it.
- Account, billing or technical problems with a game: the vendor's own support system.
- A scam or a suspicious website: Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre.
- Account compromise or other cybercrime: the reporting route operated through the Australian Cyber Security Centre.
- Serious online abuse or harassment: the eSafety Commissioner.
- A consumer complaint about a purchase: the ACCC publishes guidance, and your state or territory consumer affairs office handles individual disputes.
- A privacy complaint you are unhappy with our answer to: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
